Many of us have been thrown into Survival Mode based on the conditions of our environment. Just as we start to think and feel that we can begin to create, some new crisis is presented to us and our attention and intentions for a better future are lost to the fears of a worst-case scenario.
Still, something inside of you will not let go of possibility. Deep down you know there is a better future than your current experience. You know you have greater potential within you. You are ready to begin creating again, but when and how to begin?
Join us for a 3-day and 3-night immersive retreat featuring the groundbreaking work of Dr. Joe Dispenza! During this journey you will be guided by HeartMath Certified NeuroChangeSolutions Consultants Trice Berlinski and Kennith Scott through the interactive workshop “Change Your Mind… Create New Results.” They will bring you the Neuroscience and Biology of personal change and transformation and serve it to you in a very simple way so that you fully understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. When we fully understand the what and the why, the how gets easier!
You will learn practical tools of self-regulation that allow you to cultivate and sustain a creative state of mind and body.
You will have plenty of space and time outside of your familiar routine to reflect on who you are and who you would like to be.
You will be given opportunities to participate in expansive experiential activities.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Relief Course
If anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, or stress are impacting your life, this class is for you. In this 6-week course, you will learn mindfulness meditation techniques and skills, practice in class and on your own, receive a journal and audio-guided meditations. This course begins on January 28, 2023.
Meditation may help with the physical and/or emotional symptoms of:

- Heart Disease
- High Blood Pressure
- Lyme’s Disease
- Sleep Problems
- Substance Abuse
- Reduce stress
- Calm the mind & body

In Level 1, gain an in-depth understanding of the art and science of mindfulness meditation. You will learn the basics of meditation as well as the underlying science that allows you to successfully meditate as well as to live more mindfully.
In Level 2, enhance the basics you learned in Level 1. You will receive guidance through the challenges you may be experiencing along your meditation and mindfulness journey. You can expect to learn additional meditation practices, including a moving meditation, and hear stories that will deepen your understanding.
Each class is 1-1/2 hour. Dress comfortably and bring a covered drink and your meditation cushion if you have one.
